Run Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 

  • Firstly, go to the Kaspersky support page.
  • After that, click on the “Download Now” button.
  • Double-click on the downloaded setup file.
  • If prompted by the User Account Control for permission, click on the “Yes”.
  • Read the terms and conditions of the license agreement. Click on the “Agree” tab.
  • You have to wait for a while till the installation process is going on.
  • Now, you can use the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool.  
  • After that, you need to click on the “Start Scan” option at the bottom of the page.
  • You have to wait patiently until the Kaspersky is scanning your system.
  • In case, if any threats are detected during the scan, notifications with a request for action will be displayed on your screen.
  • Now, to view the scan details, tap on “Details” option. 
  • Click on the “Close” tab to exit Kaspersky Removal tool.

  1. Firstly, go to the Kaspersky support page.
  2. Click on the “Download” button.
  3. Double-click on the downloaded setup file.
  4. Next, write the Kaspersky Rescue Disk Image to a USB Drive or CD/DVD Disk.
  5. After that, read the terms and conditions of the license agreement. If you agree to all the terms and conditions, click on the “Agree” tab.
  6. Next, if necessary click on the “Change Parameters” option.
  7. After that configure the settings and click on the “Ok” button.
  8. Now, run the scan by clicking on the “Start Scan” option.

  • First of all, download the Rufus tool from the preferred web browser.
  • After this, double-click on the downloaded setup file.
  • As a result, this will open the Rufus main window on your screen.
  • Thereafter, select the “USB Drive” option.
  • After that, click on the “Select” tab and find the Kaspersky Disk Image. 
  • Now, under the Partition scheme section, select the “MBR” option from the dropdown list. 
  • Then, under the Target system section, select “BIOS or UEFI” option from the dropdown list. 
  • Next, select the “FAT32” file system. 
  • Click on the “Start” tab.
  • Tick mark the box next to “Write an ISO Image Mode” option and then click on “Ok”.

Procedure To Boot Under Kaspersky Rescue Disk

  • Press the Esc key when the message “Press Esc to load Kaspersky Rescue Disk” appears on your screen.
  • Choose the preferred language for the graphical interface. Press the enter key from your keyboard. 
  • Then, it is recommended to select the Graphic Mode Of Kaspersky Rescue Disk Mode.
  • After that, press the enter key from your keyboard. Wait for some time for the SubSystem to load.
